Fridays (monthly), 8-9pm @ the Village Hub, Chalkwell.
A community soundbath to help you relax and prepare for a deep night's sleep.
Get cosy and settle in for a guided reiki-infused meditation and crystal bowl soundbath to help you unwind at the end of your day and invite your body into a state of deep relaxation.
Tickets are offered on a tiered basis to allow this to be accessible to all.
Village - £5 (for anyone who would not be able to access this event at the standard rate.)
Community - £10 (standard rate to ensure that these events remain sustainable for me to run)
Solidarity - £15 (for anyone who is able to contribute extra to support those who cannot)
Please note that this event is not suitable for anyone with a pacemaker, metal implants or epilepsy that may be triggered by sound.
