A follow-up appointment (usually 7 days later), where you will receive a bespoke therapy plan covering diet, lifestyle, herbs, yoga and body therapies.
1 month supply of 1 x Ayurvedic herb or supplement (additional herbs may be recommended at an additional cost but these will always be optional)
Seasonal Reset £100
The best option for those looking to work alongside the season’s natural rhythms and prevent or correct common seasonal imbalances.
These can be done at any time but will be most effective as we move into the next season or at the start of a season.

A Seasonal Reset package (details above), 1 x treatment of choice (Reiki, Indian Head Massage, Marma Face Massage), plus a Thirteen Spheres Healing Tea and Ritual Bath Soak to take away with you.
Deep Rest Journey
£80 (90 mins)
Ever got to the end of a treatment and thought, “I could really just sleep now”? If so, then this treatment is for you.
Your journey will start with some gentle breathwork and a guided meditation to help you settle into the space and quieten that overactive mind. I will then combine Indian Head Massage and Marma Therapy to loosen tension and detoxify, before flowing into a Reiki treatment focused on bringing you further into a state of deep relaxation. Then, I will leave you in peace for 20mins to sleep or rest with an immersive backdrop of healing tones. At the end of your journey, I will gently rouse you from your slumber with a Thirteen Spheres tea and refreshing aura spray to help awaken and revitalise. .
Five Senses Ritual
£85 (90 mins)
For the person who likes a little bit of everything. This is the ultimate pamper treatment to nourish and balance the senses, incorporating Reiki, Marma Massage, Scent, Sound and Ritual.
During your journey I will use various therapies and practices to target each of your senses, based on your individual needs. This might include rosewater eye pads to cool excess heat in the body, or a weighted eye mask for those feeling anxious, tingsha bells to bring balance or 528hz healing tones to promote cellular repair.
Together, we will choose a chakra-balancing essential oil mix that will be gently diffused into the air around you. Each of these personalised rituals will be woven into a full Reiki treatment and a Marma point massage to either the feet, hands or head areas.
At the end of your treatment you will enjoy a Thirteen Spheres tea and homemade Ayurvedic treat to help revitalise and ground.
Ahead of your appointment you will be sent a questionnaire to help me tailor the treatment and create an experience focused on bringing any imbalances back into alignment.
