The Spring Equinox Mini retreat will be a chance to awaken our senses and work with nature's new rhythm. We will embrace our innate creativity, find joy in the abundance that this season offers, and release the heaviness of what came before.

We have seasonal practices, a mandala workshop, gentle breathwork and meditation, delicious teas and treats, and a crystal bowl soundbath.

WHAT: A day of relaxation, ritual and creativity in celebration of the Spring Equinox.

This event will be open to anyone over the age of 16, so feel free to bring a partner, make it a family day out or even gift it for Mother's Day - a gift voucher for the retreat (hard copy or e-voucher) can be provided for anyone who requires one.
