An extended circle and sound bath event to honour the Autumn Equinox and welcome in the new season.
Join me for an evening of ritual and relaxation and learn how we can live in alignment with the energies of the new season to optimise our health and wellbeing.
The evening will include gentle breathwork, meditation, a crystal bowl soundbath, and sharing circle (for those who wish to share).
There will also be ayurvedic-inspired treats and seasonal teas/drinks to enjoy whilst we get cosy around the candlelit circle.
