Spring Equinox Mini Retreat

The Spring Equinox Mini retreat will be a chance to awaken our senses and work with nature's new rhythm. We will embrace our innate creativity, find joy in the abundance that this season offers, and release the heaviness of what came before.

We have seasonal practices, a mandala workshop, gentle breathwork and meditation, delicious teas and treats, and a crystal bowl soundbath.

WHEN: Saturday 21st March, 10am - 2pm

WHERE: The Old Waterworks, North Rd, SS0 7AB

WHAT: A day of relaxation, ritual and creativity in celebration of the Spring Equinox.

*3 spaces will be offered on a pay what you can basis via Eventbrite

This event will be open to anyone over the age of 16, so feel free to bring a partner, make it a family day out or even gift it for Mother's Day - a gift voucher for the retreat (hard copy or e-voucher) can be provided for anyone who requires one.

Welcome Circle

Ease into the day with some gentle breathwork and a ritual for the Equinox.

Mandala vision board workshop

We will then work with the themes of Ostara; balance, growth and fertile beginnings to create our own mandala artwork using a variety of mediums.

Soundbath

Get comfy and enjoy a guided Reiki meditation and crystal bowl soundbath

Closing Circle

An opportunity for reflection for those who wish to share.

A tea blended for the Spring Equinox and homemade snacks will be provided.
